How to make / apply Samagra ID i.e. SSSM ID

If you want to make SSSM ID for your child then you should have to follow below steps:

1. Go to Your nearest Tehsil place / Gram Panchyat / Collector office.
2. Xerox copy of I. Rashan card II. Aadhar Card of all family member III. Passport photo

3. Fill SSSIM Id Form with full detail like: Name, Address, Mobile Number, Email Id;
4. After SSSIM Id form submission to the ward you will get a massage from samagra portal;
5. This mobile massage show your ward and they will activated your samagra id.

Overall Unique ID follows you from 9 digits can learn easily.

आप अपनी 9 अंको की यूनिक समग्र आई डी निम्न प्रकार से आसानी से जान सकते है.

१. प्रदेश निवासरत भी गैर आयकर दाता SC/ST परिवारों को खाद्य सुरक्षा कानून के अंतर्गत सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली (पीडीएस) के माध्यम से कम दरों पर खाद्य सामग्री (प्रति व्यक्ति प्रति माह 5 किलो) उनकी राशन की दूकान से दी जा रही है. खाद्य विभाग द्वारा स्थानीय निकाय के माध्यम से उन्हें इस हेतु एक e-राशन कार्ड/पात्रता पर्ची दी गई है जिस पर परिवारों के सभी सदस्यों के समग्र आईडी भी प्रिंट/अंकित है.

२.राशन कार्ड/पात्रता पर्ची को आपके परिवार के पुराने राशन कार्ड पर चिपका दिया है. उसमे देखकर आप समग्र आईडी जान सकते हैं.

३. अगर आपके पास पात्रता पर्ची नहीं है तो आप अपनी राशन की दूकान के अंतर्गत सभी परिवारों की जानकारी यहाँ क्लिक कर देख सकते हैं. जहाँ पर आपको अपना समग्र आईडी मिल जाएगा.

४.गत वर्ष कक्षा १-१२ तक के सभी स्कूली छात्रों समग्र आईडी, उनके स्कूल तथा क्लास की मैपिंग समग्र शिक्षा पोर्टल में की गई थी. इसी मैपिंग के आधार पर बच्चों को ९ विभागों की ३० छात्रवृत्ति योजनाओ का लाभ उनकी पात्रता के अनुसार समग्र शिक्षा पोर्टल के माध्यम से स्वीकृत किया गया था.

आप अपने स्कूल का गत वर्ष (२०१३-१४) का क्लास-वार छात्रों की सूची देख अपना समग्र आईडी जान सकते हैं.

अगर आपका समग्र आईडी नहीं मिल रहा है तो आप अपने भाई-बहन के स्कूल का रिकॉर्ड देख उनका समग्र आईडी यहाँ जान सकते है. परिवार में किसी भी सदस्य की आईडी से आप अन्य सदस्य की आईडी भी आसानी से जान सकते है.

5. अगर आपके पास अपने परिवार का समग्र आईडी है, तब आप यहाँ क्लिक कर अपना समग्र आईडी जान सकते हैं.

6. अगर आपके पास अपने परिवार के किसी भी सदस्य का समग्र आईडी है, तब आप यहाँ क्लिक कर अपना समग्र आईडी जान सकते हैं.

7. परिवार के किसी सदस्य के नाम से समग्र आईडी सर्च करने के लिए यहाँ क्लिक करें। 

8. अगर आपके परिवार के किसी सदस्य का मोबाइल नंबर समग्र पर पंजीक्रत है तो आप यहाँ क्लिक कर सदस्य के मोबाइल नंबर से समग्र आईडी जान सकते हैं 

9. अगर किसी भी माध्यम से आपको अपना समग्र आईडी नहीं मिलता है तो आप अपने ग्राम पंचायत / जनपद पंचायत कार्यालय (ग्रामीण क्षेत्रो में ) एवं नगरीय क्षेत्रों में वार्ड या जोन कार्यालय में जाकर वहां के निवासियों के समग्र रजिस्टर में अपना समग्र आईडी जान सकते है.


अगर आपका नाम वहां की सूची में नहीं है तो आप उसी कार्यालय से अपना समग्र आईडीनिशुल्क प्राप्त सकते है.  

नवीन पंजीयन हेतु दिशा निर्देश:- 

नवीन पंजीयन हेतु शासन द्वारा ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में ग्रामपंचायत लेवल पर :-ग्रामपंचायत सचिव/ शहरी क्षेत्र में वार्ड लेवल पर :-वार्ड प्रभारी नियुक्त किये गए है.

नोट:-यदि ग्रामपंचायत सचिव/वार्ड प्रभारी आपका पंजीयन करने से मना करता है तो उसे ऊपर दिए गए आदेश की प्रति दिखावें एवं लिखित में हस्ताक्षर युक्त पंजीयन नहीं करने का कारण लेवें.
